Hfpps series electrostatic precipitator

   Hfpps series electrostatic precipitator pulse power supply is a new generation of electrostatic precipitator power supply to realize ultra-low emission of coal-fired pollutants. It adopts microsecond pulse power supply, which greatly improves the instantaneous output voltage, greatly improves the dust removal efficiency of the electrostatic precipitator and reduces the electric energy consumption of the electrostatic precipitator. It is especially suitable for the transformation of the rear electric field of the precipitator with high specific resistance dust and fine dust (especially PM2.5).

working principle

    The high-voltage pulse power supply of hfpps series electrostatic precipitator is composed of a DC high-voltage source and a pulse source. The DC high-voltage source adopts the design of high-frequency power supply, which has the advantages of fast dynamic response and high conversion efficiency.

   The output voltage of the basic source is generally 60kV ~ 80kV, and the voltage pulse of the pulse source is as high as 80kV. After the superposition and synthesis of the two, a high-voltage pulse up to 140kV is formed in an instant to supply the electric field of the electrostatic precipitator, and its peak voltage is much higher than the breakdown voltage of the electrostatic precipitator when using conventional power supply.

   The pulse power supply of hfpps series electrostatic precipitator provides two types: integrated pulse power supply and split pulse power supply. Users can choose freely according to the actual situation.


Integrated pulse power supply

   The basic source and pulse source are placed in the same cabinet, which is conducive to the design of protection circuit and isolation circuit, and the equipment has high stability. In the process of on-site installation, it is only necessary to directly replace the original DC high-voltage power supply.


Split pulse power supply

   The pulse source is designed as an independent cabinet, which is superimposed with high-frequency power supply, three-phase power supply and power frequency power supply to realize composite voltage output. In this way, users can use the electric field power supply of the original electrostatic precipitator to reduce costs.

Ultra high instantaneous pulse

    The pulse voltage can reach more than 140kV, the peak value of pulse current is 300A, the instantaneous power reaches 30MW, and the pulse width is only 75 μ s. It ensures the instantaneous ultra-high charge concentration of the electric field.


Improve dust removal efficiency, especially suitable for fine dust

    The charge concentration excited by pulse power supply is hundreds of times higher than that of conventional DC power supply, which greatly improves the charge of dust and ensures PM2 The application of electric charge can greatly reduce the dust emission by more than 5%.


Strong adaptability to working conditions and effective suppression of back corona

    When the electric field current of high specific resistance dust is large, the charge will accumulate in the dust layer, form a high voltage in the dust layer and produce back corona. In the case of pulse power supply, due to the small average current, the charge accumulation in the dust layer is reduced, so the occurrence of back corona can be reduced. Therefore, the applicability of coal and dust is greatly improved, and it has wide adaptability to harsh working conditions such as high specific resistance dust (specific resistance is 1011 ~ 1015).


Greatly save electric energy

    The pulse power supply adopts intermittent power supply mode, which has short power supply time and adopts energy feedback mechanism. The pulse source is responsible for dust charging, while the basic power supply only needs to maintain the corona voltage of the electric field of the electrostatic precipitator, which improves the electric energy utilization efficiency and reduces the power supply power while meeting the dust removal efficiency.

Excellent spark control characteristics

    The pulse power supply can turn off the output within tens of microseconds and extinguish the spark in a very short time. It can meet the requirements of no impact on the equipment under 140kV high-voltage power supply, restore full power supply in 5ms ~ 10ms, and have high stability of the equipment.


Large design margin and wide adaptability

   The pulse repeatable frequency reaches 200Hz, which is 2 ~ 4 times that of other pulse power supply manufacturers, which increases the charge and charging opportunity of fine dust by 2 ~ 4 times, which is more conducive to the improvement of dust removal efficiency. In addition, the design margin of hfpps series electrostatic precipitator pulse power supply is large. Units with different capacities from 300MW to 1000MW can reach the rated output index by adjusting the configuration of technical parameters.

    Up to now, more than 200 sets of equipment of hfpps series dust remover pulse power supply have operated stably on more than 20 units. The actual operating conditions show that hfpps series pulse power supply is stable and reliable, with remarkable effect of efficiency improvement and emission reduction. After the transformation of pulse power supply in Shaanxi Baoji Power Plant, #5 boiler dust collector outlet dust concentration is 13.7mg/nm3, #6 boiler dust collector outlet is 16mg / Nm3. After the pulse power supply transformation of the dust collector of Lanzhou Fanping power plant #1 boiler, when the unit load is 190mw, the smoke and dust emission concentration at the outlet of the dust collector is 21mg / Nm3.
