Efficiency improvement of electrostatic precipitator body

    Electrostatic precipitator is the mainstream flue gas purification equipment in thermal power plant. Its body condition directly affects the dust removal efficiency and is the basis of ultra-low smoke emission. Preloaded electrode technology

   The preload electrode technology is to increase the electric field in the front end of the electrostatic precipitator, so that the dust particles can take part of the charge in advance and effectively increase the dust charge, so that the flue gas can start effective dust collection once it enters the electric field. Preload electrode technology can also make dust particles collide and adhere and aggregate into larger particles, which is conducive to dust charging, especially suitable for the collection of small dust.

Electric field district power supply technology

    Zonal power supply is to divide an electrostatic precipitator electric field into several parallel or series power supply zones, which are powered by a separate high-voltage power supply, so as to maintain the operating voltage and corona current of the electrostatic precipitator at a high level, improve the average electric field intensity of the electric field and ensure that the electrostatic precipitator can obtain a more stable dust removal effect.


Electric field expansion and transformation

    The capacity expansion transformation is to heighten, widen or increase the number of electric fields (before or after) compared with the electrostatic precipitator with small dust collection area or low dust removal efficiency to increase the dust collection area of the electric field and enhance its dust collection capacity, so as to reduce the emission concentration of smoke and dust at the outlet.


Conductive filter tank technology

    On the premise of not changing the volume and resistance of the electrostatic precipitator, the conductive filter tank technology is to add a conductive filter tank behind the dust collection plate at the end of each electric field of the electrostatic precipitator to effectively absorb and filter the escaping dust on the surface of the dust collection plate, which will not produce back corona for the dust with high specific resistance, greatly reduce the secondary dust and significantly reduce the dust concentration.
